 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Members of the Collin County Young Republicans have
 demonstrated an outstanding commitment to political engagement in
 their community; and
 WHEREAS, With a membership that ranges in age from 18 to 40,
 the Collin County Young Republicans is a volunteer service
 organization for young conservative professionals dedicated to
 advancing the principles of the Republican Party; and
 WHEREAS, These motivated men and women have worked tirelessly
 in behalf of candidates for local, state, and national office, and
 they have helped to promote political awareness and involvement in
 Collin County by persuading residents that their participation in
 public affairs is vital; and
 WHEREAS, The members of the Collin County Young Republicans
 have set an admirable example of civic engagement, and they may
 reflect with great pride on their many worthwhile contributions;
 now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
 Legislature hereby honor members of the Collin County Young
 Republicans for their exceptional efforts in the civic realm and
 extend to them sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it
 further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for the group as an expression of high regard by the Texas
 House of Representatives.
