| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Jacob Luttmer has ably served his fellow Texans as |

| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Luttmer has provided |

| 9 | 10 | | vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks; |

| 10 | 11 | | in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public |

| 11 | 12 | | service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, An advertising major at The University of Texas at |

| 14 | 15 | | Austin, Mr. Luttmer has been involved in a number of academic and |

| 15 | 16 | | community projects; he assisted in arranging the Wooldridge |

| 16 | 17 | | Elementary Field Day, where he participated as a team leader, and he |

| 17 | 18 | | volunteers with the Austin Partners in Education Mentoring Program; |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his |

| 20 | 21 | | duties as a legislative intern with skill and dedication, and he is |

| 21 | 22 | | indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, |

| 23 | 24 | | RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas |
