 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Jacob Luttmer has ably served his fellow Texans as
 an intern in the office of State Representative Scott Sanford
 during the 84th Legislative Session; and
 WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Luttmer has provided
 vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks;
 in addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public
 service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the
 issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
 WHEREAS, An advertising major at The University of Texas at
 Austin, Mr. Luttmer has been involved in a number of academic and
 community projects; he assisted in arranging the Wooldridge
 Elementary Field Day, where he participated as a team leader, and he
 volunteers with the Austin Partners in Education Mentoring Program;
 and
 WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed his
 duties as a legislative intern with skill and dedication, and he is
 indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now,
 therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 84th Texas
 Legislature hereby commend Jacob Luttmer for his service as a
 legislative intern in the office of State Representative Scott
 Sanford and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success
 in all his endeavors; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for Mr. Luttmer as an expression of high regard by the
 Texas House of Representatives.
