64 AN ACT
75 relating to the governance and administration of the Texas Water
86 Resources Finance Authority.
97 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
108 SECTION 1. Section 20.012(a), Water Code, is amended to
119 read as follows:
1210 (a) The authority is governed by a board of directors
1311 composed of the [six] directors of the development board.
1412 SECTION 2. Section 20.015(b), Water Code, is amended to
1513 read as follows:
1614 (b) The board may hold special meetings at the call of the
1715 chairman or on request of a majority of the [three or more]
1816 directors.
1917 SECTION 3. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives
2018 a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as
2119 provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
2220 Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
2321 Act takes effect September 1, 2015.
