| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 254.036, Election Code, is amended by | |

| 12 | 12 | (h-1) This section does not require a report filed under | |
| 13 | 13 | this chapter by electronic transfer with an authority other than | |
| 14 | 14 | the commission to include a notarized affidavit, provided that the | |
| 15 | 15 | report is filed in accordance with rules and procedures adopted by | |
| 16 | 16 | the authority that requires the person filing the report to | |
| 17 | 17 | establish their identity by means of a secure electronic filing | |
| 18 | 18 | password. |
