| 13 | 13 | agency nor a state employee is legally liable for ending the | |
| 14 | 14 | employment relationship, unless the employment was terminated for | |
| 15 | 15 | an unlawful reason as expressly defined under federal or state law. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
