| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 33.030, Government Code, is amended by | |
| 11 | 11 | adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (c) If an official court reporter has a backup audio media | |
| 13 | 13 | recording of a court proceeding, the court reporter on request of | |
| 14 | 14 | the commission shall produce to the commission at no cost to the | |
| 15 | 15 | commission a true and correct copy of the backup audio media | |
| 16 | 16 | recording. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 15, 2015. |
