15 | 10 | BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
16 | 11 | SECTION 1. Article VIII, Texas Constitution, is amended by | |

18 | 13 | Sec. 1-s. The governing body of a political subdivision may | |

22 | 17 | discharged veterans of the armed services of the United States. The | |
