| 7 | 7 | | suspended in part as provided by Senate Rule 12.08 to enable the |

| 8 | 8 | | conference committee appointed to resolve the differences on |

| 9 | 9 | | Senate Joint Resolution 5 (proposing a constitutional amendment |

| 10 | 10 | | dedicating a portion of the revenue derived from the state sales |

| 11 | 11 | | and use tax and the tax imposed on the sale, use, or rental of a |

| 12 | 12 | | motor vehicle to the state highway fund) to consider and take |

| 14 | 14 | | Senate Rule 12.03(1) is suspended to permit the committee |

| 15 | 15 | | to change text not in disagreement in proposed SECTION 3 of the |
