| 3 | 3 | | recognize the Elizabeth Christian Public Relations firm, which |

| 4 | 4 | | is celebrating its 20th year as a successful business; and |

| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Elizabeth Christian established her namesake |
|---|
| 6 | 6 | | public relations firm in 1995, and the company has since grown |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | to become one of the largest public relations firms in Central |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | Texas; and |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, The agency manages public relations projects for |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | causes and organizations in the Austin area by using a wide array of |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | communication tools, including media outreach, public meetings and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | events, coalition development, and polling; last year, the firm |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | expanded to include video and digital services; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, In celebration of this year's milestone, the |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | agency unveiled a special logo that notes its 20-year history of |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | growth from a single employee to a company of exceptionally |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | talented public relations professionals; the agency has earned |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | numerous awards from the Texas Public Relations Association and |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | community organizations; and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, The success of businesses plays an important role |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | in the progress of our state, and it is truly fitting that the |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | award-winning professionals at Elizabeth Christian Public |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | Relations be recognized for their many outstanding achievements; |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | now, therefore, be it |

| 25 | 25 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | Legislature, hereby congratulate the executives and staff of |
|---|
