| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to |

| 3 | 3 | | recognize Jaecen Ray Foytik of Brazoria County as a member of the |

| 4 | 4 | | Brazosport Area Homeschool Graduating Class of 2015; and |

| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Jaecen has demonstrated exceptional diligence and |
|---|
| 6 | 6 | | determination in accomplishing the goals he set for himself, and |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | he has fulfilled all the requirements for graduation; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, He has also earned the Royal Rangers Gold Medal of |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | Achievement and won numerous robotics programming awards at |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | regional, state, and world competitions through Lawrence |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | Technical University, and he is active in youth soccer and serves |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | on the board of directors of the Brazosport Youth Soccer |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | Association; and |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, Having faced the many challenges of a home school |

| 15 | 15 | | education, Jaecen now embarks on a new adventure for which he is |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | well prepared; and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Jaecen's achievements bear witness to his |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | dedication and outstanding abilities, and the future holds |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | countless exciting opportunities for him; now, therefore, be it |

| 20 | 20 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th |

| 21 | 21 | | Legislature, hereby congratulate Jaecen Ray Foytik on his |

| 22 | 22 | | graduation and extend to him best wishes for success in the |
