SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 694
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
recognize Jaecen Ray Foytik of Brazoria County as a member of the
Brazosport Area Homeschool Graduating Class of 2015; and
WHEREAS, Jaecen has demonstrated exceptional diligence and
determination in accomplishing the goals he set for himself, and
he has fulfilled all the requirements for graduation; and
WHEREAS, He has also earned the Royal Rangers Gold Medal of
Achievement and won numerous robotics programming awards at
regional, state, and world competitions through Lawrence
Technical University, and he is active in youth soccer and serves
on the board of directors of the Brazosport Youth Soccer
Association; and
WHEREAS, Having faced the many challenges of a home school
education, Jaecen now embarks on a new adventure for which he is
well prepared; and
WHEREAS, Jaecen's achievements bear witness to his
dedication and outstanding abilities, and the future holds
countless exciting opportunities for him; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th
Legislature, hereby congratulate Jaecen Ray Foytik on his
graduation and extend to him best wishes for success in the
future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
him as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
