                            SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 809
 In Memory
 of
 Parker Riley Weber
 WHEREAS, Friends and family are mourning the loss of Parker
 Riley Weber of Lubbock, whose promising life was tragically cut
 short on May 9, 2015, at the age of 17; and
 WHEREAS, Parker was born in Kansas City, Kansas, on
 September 15, 1997, to William and Heather (Chakri) Weber; and
 WHEREAS, Parker became a Texan in 1999 when he moved to
 Lubbock, where he attended school and became part of the
 community; and
 WHEREAS, Parker made the lives of those around him much
 happier through his loving, kind, and considerate demeanor; and
 WHEREAS, Parker demonstrated this love through his
 compassion for his family and through caring for vulnerable
 animals he encountered in his neighborhood and community; and
 WHEREAS, Texas is a better place for his time spent here,
 although that time was far too brief; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th
 Legislature, hereby pay tribute to the life of Parker Riley Weber
 and extend sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his
 mother, Heather Weber; to his father, William Weber; to his
 brother, Michael Weber; to his grandparents, Michael and Ping
 Custy and Pat and Jim Doggett; to his aunts, Elizabeth Custy,
 Sara Rush, and Aranya Suyabodha; to his uncles, BumBum Anuthin
 and David L. Weber; and to his other relatives and many friends;
 and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this Resolution be
 prepared for his family and that when the Texas Senate adjourns
 this day, it do so in memory of Parker Riley Weber.
