| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas honors and |
|---|
| 6 | 6 | | commemorates the life of Timothy Julio Dovel, who died March 11, |
|---|
| 7 | 7 | | 2014, at the age of 18; and |
|---|
| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Timothy Dovel was born January 23, 1996, in |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | Lancaster, Texas, to Timothy and Ana Lucia Dovel; he grew up in |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | Texas and was attending Azle High School when his family moved to |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | Ogallala, Nebraska; and |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, He attended Ogallala High School for his junior |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | year before returning to Azle so that he could graduate with his |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | longtime classmates in Texas; he became very close to the Jimenez |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | family who hosted his stay in Azle; and |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Timothy had many talents and interests and |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | enjoyed playing video games and listening to music with his |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | friends; he particularly enjoyed equipping his pickup with the |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | latest in audio equipment; and |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, He was a kind and respectful young man who gave |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | unselfishly to others, and his ready smile, his generous nature, |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | and his enthusiasm for living each day to the fullest will not be |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | forgotten by those who were privileged to share in his life; and |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, He was a devoted son, brother, and grandson, and |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | he leaves behind memories that will be cherished forever by his |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | family and many friends; now, therefore, be it |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 84th |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | Legislature, hereby extend sincere condolences to the bereaved |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | family of Timothy Julio Dovel; and, be it further |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | his family as an expression of deepest sympathy from the Texas |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | Senate and that when the Senate adjourns this day, it do so in |
