| 4 | 4 | | Monica Joy Partida, for on that day their son Patrick Gunnar |

| 5 | 5 | | Miles Partida was born; and |

| 6 | 6 | | WHEREAS, The beautiful baby boy weighed seven pounds nine |

| 7 | 7 | | ounces when he was born at Saint David's Hospital in Austin, and |

| 8 | 8 | | his safe arrival was the fulfillment of his parents' dearest |

| 9 | 9 | | wish; and |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, The blessed event brought great happiness to |

| 11 | 11 | | Patrick's family, and he has been heartily welcomed by his |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | sister, Penelope, and his grandparents, Santa Robles Morales and |

| 13 | 13 | | Jorge and Christina Partida; and |

| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, It is indeed appropriate that the Texas Senate |

| 15 | 15 | | honor this new little Texan as a treasured citizen of the Lone |

| 18 | 18 | | Legislature, hereby extend congratulations to Jorge and Monica Joy |
