                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD    Austin, Texas      FISCAL NOTE, 85TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION            March 13, 2017      TO: Honorable Four Price, Chair, House Committee on Public Health      FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board     IN RE:HB1292 by Raymond (Relating to the Texas Funeral Service Commission; authorizing fees.), As Introduced    No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.  The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the Texas Funeral Service Commission; authorizing fees. Based on the analysis of the Funeral Service Commission and the Comptroller of Public Accounts, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
