| 14 | 8 | SECTION 1. Subchapter A, Chapter 521, Transportation Code, | |
| 15 | 9 | is amended by adding Section 521.0062 to read as follows: | |
| 16 | 10 | Sec. 521.0062. INFORMATION ON DRIVING WITH AUTISM. The | |
| 17 | 11 | department may make available, in a publicly accessible area of a | |
| 18 | 12 | driver's license office, informational materials and videos on | |
| 19 | 13 | driving with autism that are developed by an appropriate entity, as | |
| 20 | 14 | determined by the department. | |
