| 13 | 13 | | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |

| 14 | 14 | | SECTION 1. Section 7.102(c)(9), Education Code, is |

| 16 | 16 | | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives |
