This bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to licensing and regulation of a journeyman industrial electrician.The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation indicates it could absorb the costs associated with the bill within its current resources. The agency anticipates minimal revenue gain associated with new licensees.  Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
