| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 501.260, Occupations Code, is amended by | |

| 12 | 12 | (d) A person who is licensed under this section may provide | |
| 13 | 13 | school psychological services under the supervision of a | |
| 14 | 14 | psychologist licensed under Section 501.252 in a clinical setting. | |
| 15 | 15 | For purposes of this subsection, a clinical setting is not required | |
| 16 | 16 | to be a public school. | |
| 17 | 17 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
