| 12 | 12 | (c-1) A parking meter installed under this section must | |
| 13 | 13 | accept electronic payment methods, including payments made with a | |
| 14 | 14 | credit or debit card, for payment of a parking fee collected through | |
| 15 | 15 | the parking meter. | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
