10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Chapter 1904, Occupations Code, is amended by | |
11 | 11 | adding Subchapter C to read as follows: | |
12 | 12 | SUBCHAPTER C. PRACTICE BY CERTIFICATE HOLDER | |
13 | 13 | Sec. 1904.101. TREATMENT OF CERTAIN WATER. (a) For | |
14 | 14 | purposes of this section, "graywater" and "alternative onsite | |
15 | 15 | water" have the meanings assigned by Section 341.039, Health and | |
16 | 16 | Safety Code. | |
17 | 17 | (b) A person who holds a certificate issued by the | |
18 | 18 | commission under the program established under this chapter may | |
19 | 19 | treat graywater and alternative onsite water. | |
20 | 20 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
