| 10 | 10 | SECTION 1. Section 372.053(a), Transportation Code, is | |
| 11 | 11 | amended to read as follows: | |
| 12 | 12 | (a) A toll project entity may establish a discount program | |
| 13 | 13 | for electronic toll collection customers. The program must include | |
| 14 | 14 | free or discounted use of the entity's toll project by an electronic | |
| 15 | 15 | toll collection customer whose account relates to a vehicle | |
| 16 | 16 | registered under Section 504.202, [or] 504.315(f) or (g), or | |
| 17 | 17 | 504.317. | |
| 18 | 18 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
