| 15 | 9 | SECTION 1. Section 254.0401, Election Code, is amended by | |

| 17 | 11 | (g) Electronic report data saved in a temporary storage | |
| 18 | 12 | location of the authority with whom the report is filed for later | |
| 19 | 13 | retrieval and editing before the report is filed is confidential | |
| 20 | 14 | and may not be disclosed. After the report is filed with the | |
| 21 | 15 | authority, the information disclosed in the filed report is public | |
