| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The new Dripping Springs charter is dedicated to |

| 15 | 16 | | advancing the mission of its parent organization, and it will offer |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Dripping Springs Pop Warner is sure to make an |
