| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, An eighth-grade English teacher at Baker Middle |

| 10 | 11 | | School, Mr. Moulder keeps his students engaged with an innovative |

| 11 | 12 | | teaching style that incorporates simulations, interactions with |

| 12 | 13 | | primary sources, and individual reflection; he has served as an |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | educator for more than two decades, having previously worked at |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | Taft Junior High School and at Memorial Middle School in Pharr, and |

| 15 | 16 | | he is exceptionally dedicated to continuing his professional |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Through his work as chair of the language arts |

| 18 | 19 | | department, Mr. Moulder has played a crucial role in designing its |

| 20 | 21 | | council, International Baccalaureate leadership team, and staff |

| 21 | 22 | | development team; moreover, he has contributed to the district as a |

| 22 | 23 | | member of its committees on diversity and inclusion, performance |

| 24 | 25 | | WHEREAS, Highly respected by his peers, Mr. Moulder was named |

| 25 | 26 | | the 2010 Campus Teacher of the Year and District Secondary Teacher |

| 26 | 27 | | of the Year; he was also recognized as a Flint Hills Resources |

| 27 | 28 | | Outstanding Educator in August 2010; and |

| 28 | 29 | | WHEREAS, Active in his community, Mr. Moulder has given |

| 29 | 30 | | generously of his time and talents as president of the board for the |

| 30 | 31 | | Women's and Men's Health Services of the Costal Bend and as |

| 31 | 32 | | secretary of the board for The Passage, an AIDS hospice; he holds a |

| 32 | 33 | | bachelor's degree in history from Transylvania University in |

| 33 | 34 | | Lexington, Kentucky; and |

| 34 | 35 | | WHEREAS, Todd Moulder exemplifies the enthusiasm and |
