| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Playing under the direction of head coach Cary Black |

| 10 | 11 | | and his staff, the Golden Eagles compiled a perfect record in the |

| 11 | 12 | | regular season and secured the District 15-6A championship; and |

| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Klein Forest opened the postseason with a dominating |

| 13 | 14 | | 102-39 victory over Nimitz High School and went on to defeat teams |

| 14 | 15 | | from Cedar Ridge, Westfield, and Dallas Jesuit High Schools; during |

| 15 | 16 | | the regional final showdown against the squad from Skyline High |

| 16 | 17 | | School in Dallas, the Golden Eagles made a valiant effort but |

| 17 | 18 | | ultimately fell short, concluding the season with an impressive |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Relying on a true team effort all year long, the |
