| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Ricardo weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and measured |

| 10 | 11 | | 19-1/2 inches in length when he made his long-awaited arrival at |

| 11 | 12 | | 7:20 a.m. at the Sierra Campus of the Hospitals of Providence in El |

| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, This adorable little boy is the grandson of |

| 14 | 15 | | Dr. Ricardo Marquez, Gloria Flores Aceves, Jesus P. Martinez, and |

| 15 | 16 | | the late Manuela Gomez Martinez; he is also the godson of Nina |

| 17 | 18 | | WHEREAS, Ricardo begins his life secure in the safe and |
