| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Katy ISD is one of the fastest-growing school |

| 16 | 17 | | 70,000 students; Niche.com has ranked this forward-looking |

| 21 | 22 | | and safety, resources and facilities, sports and fitness, and |

| 25 | 26 | | WHEREAS, Through their unwavering commitment to the students |

| 26 | 27 | | of Katy ISD, the district's faculty, staff, and administrators have |

| 27 | 28 | | played an essential role in preparing many young Texans for the |

| 28 | 29 | | challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, and they may take |
