| 12 | 13 | | students; in receiving a Superstar Award, Ms. Rodriguez was |

| 13 | 14 | | recognized for helping her fellow students, demonstrating |

| 14 | 15 | | leadership qualities, and being highly involved in campus |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, A native of San Antonio, Ms. Rodriguez is studying |

| 18 | 19 | | specialist; she has distinguished herself at the campus through her |

| 19 | 20 | | service as president-elect and event coordinator of the TRIO |
