| 11 | 12 | | resources to low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented |

| 12 | 13 | | students; in receiving a Rising Star Award, Ms. Tebo was recognized |

| 13 | 14 | | for both her academic success and her contributions to the |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Jessica and Rey Barrera, Ms. Tebo is |

| 16 | 17 | | in her sophomore year at Richard King High School, where she |

| 17 | 18 | | participates in the marching, jazz, and concert bands, the German |

| 18 | 19 | | club, and the German National Honor Society; following her |

| 19 | 20 | | graduation, she plans to attend Texas A&M University in College |
|---|
| 20 | 21 | | Station to pursue a degree in biomedical engineering; and |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Imani Tebo is indeed deserving of this prestigious |
