| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Pastor White holds a bachelor's degree from the |

| 9 | 10 | | College of Biblical Studies in Houston and a master's degree from |

| 10 | 11 | | Faith International University & Seminary, and he has continued his |

| 11 | 12 | | studies at Luther Rice College & Seminary and Southwestern Baptist |

| 12 | 13 | | Theological Seminary; in 1986, he established Christian Bible |

| 13 | 14 | | Church, and he has continued to faithfully guide that congregation |

| 14 | 15 | | for nearly 30 years, helping to bridge the gap between modern and |

| 15 | 16 | | biblical culture through his unique preaching style; and |

| 16 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Deeply devoted to his community, this esteemed |

| 17 | 18 | | clergyman also gives generously of his time and talents to Fort Bend |
