| 12 | 13 | | receiving a Rising Star Award, Ms. Marciel was recognized for her |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, A senior at TAMU--CC, Ms. Marciel is working toward |

| 15 | 16 | | a degree in education; she is also a valued member of Omega Phi |
