| 11 | 12 | | first-generation, and underrepresented students; in receiving an |

| 12 | 13 | | Outstanding Award, Ms. Garza was recognized for her record of |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, A freshman at TAMU--CC, this notable young Texan is |

| 15 | 16 | | pursuing a degree in nursing; she has contributed to the university |
