| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Brian Pounds has ably served his fellow Texans as a |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, A devoted husband and father, Mr. Pounds is also a |

| 18 | 19 | | Voice and was named a finalist in the 2017 Grassy Hill Kerrville New |

| 19 | 20 | | Folk contest at the Kerrville Folk Festival; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, This noteworthy Texan has performed his duties as a |

| 21 | 22 | | legislative aide with skill and dedication, and he is indeed |

| 22 | 23 | | deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore, |
