| 11 | 12 | | administrative, and legislative work; in addition to gaining |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Murcia is a rising senior at The University of |

| 16 | 17 | | Texas at Austin, where she studies government; passionate about |

| 17 | 18 | | voting rights and the rights of immigrants, she plans to attend law |

| 18 | 19 | | school with the goal of becoming an advocate for vulnerable |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, This outstanding young Texan has performed her |

| 21 | 22 | | duties as a legislative aide with skill and dedication, and she is |

| 22 | 23 | | indeed deserving of special recognition for her fine work; now, |
