| 8 | 9 | | School Libertas Academy in El Paso; and |

| 9 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Morales is among the students who have completed |

| 10 | 11 | | their secondary education in the academy's Advanced Academics |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | Program, which features specialized curricula focused on law, |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | government, and public administration; and |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The daughter of Rafael Morales and Sugey Huerta, |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | Ms. Morales played varsity soccer for four years; she also competed |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | as a state finalist in speech and debate in 2016 and 2017 and served |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | the school's team as captain; she is a member of the National |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | Technical Honor Society and the National Honor Society and an |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | executive officer of Libertas Academy; after graduation, she plans |

| 19 | 20 | | to attend Arizona State University and then go to law school; and |

| 20 | 21 | | WHEREAS, Exciting challenges and opportunities await this |

| 21 | 22 | | outstanding young Texan, and it is a pleasure to join her family and |
