H.R. No. 2596
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Ben Utley has ably served his fellow Texans as
legislative director in the office of State Representative Jason
Villalba during the 85th Legislature; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Utley's resourcefulness and initiative have
earned the appreciation of his colleagues, and his contributions to
carrying forth Representative Villalba's legislative agenda have
helped address issues facing citizens across the Lone Star State;
and
WHEREAS, This esteemed public employee has performed his
duties as legislative director with skill and dedication, and he is
indeed deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
Legislature hereby commend Ben Utley for his service as legislative
director in the office of State Representative Jason Villalba and
extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all his
endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Utley as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
