| 5 | 6 | | WHEREAS, Elizabeth Kerpon and Henry Farley will begin a new |

| 6 | 7 | | chapter in their lives on June 17, 2017, for on that day they are |

| 7 | 8 | | embarking on their journey together as husband and wife; and |
|---|
| 8 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Kerpon and Mr. Farley are exchanging their vows |

| 9 | 10 | | at St. Ann Catholic Church in Coppell, with the reception to follow |

| 10 | 11 | | at The Room on Main in Dallas; the wedding party is led by matron of |
|---|
| 11 | 12 | | honor Morgan Morgan and best man Nate McClafferty; and |
|---|
| 12 | 13 | | WHEREAS, A native of Coppell, Ms. Kerpon attended Coppell |
|---|
| 13 | 14 | | High School and went on to study at Duke University; there, she |
|---|
| 14 | 15 | | captained the women's track and field team, became an Academic |
|---|
| 15 | 16 | | All-American, and gave generously of her time to the Duke Catholic |
|---|
| 16 | 17 | | Center and Cru campus ministry; after earning her degree in public |
|---|
| 17 | 18 | | policy analysis, she joined the office of State Representative Four |
|---|
| 18 | 19 | | Price in March 2016 as a legislative assistant and an assistant |

| 19 | 20 | | clerk to the Select Committee on Mental Health; she has since been |

| 20 | 21 | | promoted to senior policy analyst; and |

| 21 | 22 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Farley was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and |

| 22 | 23 | | graduated with high honors from Park Tudor High School; he |
|---|
| 23 | 24 | | continued his education at Duke University, where he studied |
|---|
| 24 | 25 | | biomedical/medical and mechanical engineering; he also competed on |
|---|
| 25 | 26 | | the men's varsity track and field team and was active in the Duke |
|---|
| 26 | 27 | | Catholic Center and the Cru campus ministry; following his |
|---|
| 27 | 28 | | graduation, he began working at the National Instruments |
|---|
| 28 | 29 | | headquarters in Austin and later took on his current role as a sales |
|---|
| 29 | 30 | | engineer for the company; and |

| 30 | 31 | | WHEREAS, The wedding of Ms. Kerpon and Mr. Farley is a source |

| 31 | 32 | | of great joy for their family and friends, whose sentiments are best |

| 32 | 33 | | expressed through this traditional Irish wedding blessing: "May |

| 33 | 34 | | your troubles be less and your blessings be more, and nothing but |

| 35 | 36 | | WHEREAS, Elizabeth Kerpon and Henry Farley have brightened |

| 36 | 37 | | each other's lives with laughter, kindness, and devotion, and the |

| 37 | 38 | | strength of their love and commitment ensures that many more joyful |
