 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Elizabeth Kerpon and Henry Farley will begin a new
 chapter in their lives on June 17, 2017, for on that day they are
 embarking on their journey together as husband and wife; and
 WHEREAS, Ms. Kerpon and Mr. Farley are exchanging their vows
 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Coppell, with the reception to follow
 at The Room on Main in Dallas; the wedding party is led by matron of
 honor Morgan Morgan and best man Nate McClafferty; and
 WHEREAS, A native of Coppell, Ms. Kerpon attended Coppell
 High School and went on to study at Duke University; there, she
 captained the women's track and field team, became an Academic
 All-American, and gave generously of her time to the Duke Catholic
 Center and Cru campus ministry; after earning her degree in public
 policy analysis, she joined the office of State Representative Four
 Price in March 2016 as a legislative assistant and an assistant
 clerk to the Select Committee on Mental Health; she has since been
 promoted to senior policy analyst; and
 WHEREAS, Mr. Farley was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and
 graduated with high honors from Park Tudor High School; he
 continued his education at Duke University, where he studied
 biomedical/medical and mechanical engineering; he also competed on
 the men's varsity track and field team and was active in the Duke
 Catholic Center and the Cru campus ministry; following his
 graduation, he began working at the National Instruments
 headquarters in Austin and later took on his current role as a sales
 engineer for the company; and
 WHEREAS, The wedding of Ms. Kerpon and Mr. Farley is a source
 of great joy for their family and friends, whose sentiments are best
 expressed through this traditional Irish wedding blessing: "May
 your troubles be less and your blessings be more, and nothing but
 happiness come through your door"; and
 WHEREAS, Elizabeth Kerpon and Henry Farley have brightened
 each other's lives with laughter, kindness, and devotion, and the
 strength of their love and commitment ensures that many more joyful
 times await them; now, therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
 Legislature hereby congratulate Elizabeth Kerpon and Henry Farley
 on their wedding and extend to them sincere best wishes for a
 lifetime of happiness; and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for the couple as an expression of high regard by the Texas
 House of Representatives.
