| 8 | 9 | | Foster of Allen, this darling baby boy weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces, |

| 9 | 10 | | and measured 19 inches in length when he made his much-anticipated |

| 11 | 12 | | WHEREAS, Jackson's birth has brought great joy to his |
