R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The Lone Star State became home to a new Texan when
Jackson McKinley Foster entered the world on December 26, 2016; and
WHEREAS, Born to U.S. Army veteran Matthew Foster and Vanessa
Foster of Allen, this darling baby boy weighed 7 pounds, 2 ounces,
and measured 19 inches in length when he made his much-anticipated
arrival; and
WHEREAS, Jackson's birth has brought great joy to his
delighted parents, as well as to his devoted grandparents, Mark and
Cyndi Foster and Janice and Elton Woodrom; and
WHEREAS, Jackson Foster begins his life sheltered in the warm
embrace of his family, and with their support and guidance, he may
indeed look forward to a bright and promising future; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
Legislature hereby heartily congratulate Matthew and Vanessa
Foster on the birth of their son, Jackson McKinley Foster, and
extend to the family best wishes for much happiness in the years to
come; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for the Fosters as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
