| 11 | 12 | | Harris and South Montgomery Counties; moreover, the alliance helps |

| 12 | 13 | | to facilitate regional economic development and joint discussions |

| 13 | 14 | | on public policy issues of concern to the more than 67,000 |

| 14 | 15 | | businesses that it represents; and |

| 15 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Members of the alliance are the Cy-Fair Houston, |

| 16 | 17 | | Greater Tomball Area, Houston Intercontinental, Houston Northwest, |

| 17 | 18 | | and Lake Houston Area Chambers of Commerce, and the North Houston |
