| 11 | 12 | | score on the test; out of the more than 58,000 students worldwide |

| 12 | 13 | | who took the AP Computer Science A Exam in 2016, only 10 students |

| 14 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The son of proud parents Michael and Maria Padilla, |

| 15 | 16 | | Miguel Padilla is a senior at Harmony School of Innovation, which he |

| 16 | 17 | | has attended since fourth grade; he hopes to attend the |

| 17 | 18 | | Massachusetts Institute of Technology and pursue a career |

| 18 | 19 | | researching artificial intelligence and machine learning; and |

| 19 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Mr. Padilla credits his computer science teacher, |

| 20 | 21 | | Angelica Garcia, for setting the high academic standards that have |

| 21 | 22 | | helped him to excel; after he received his perfect score, he |

| 22 | 23 | | presented Ms. Garcia with a signed copy with the inscription, "I |

| 24 | 25 | | WHEREAS, This significant achievement has earned Miguel |
