R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The members of the Mansfield Area Chamber of
Commerce are working to promote a business climate that encourages
economic development in the community; and
WHEREAS, Under the able leadership of president Lori Williams
and its board of directors, the Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce
advocates for the interests of its members at the local and state
levels and serves as a resource for training, networking, and
educational opportunities; and
WHEREAS, The chamber also places a strong emphasis on
benefiting the wider community, building and maintaining strong
partnerships with city officials, the Mansfield Independent School
District, and local organizations; and
WHEREAS, By offering vital information, supporting
businesses, and striving to make the Mansfield area an even greater
place to live, the chamber of commerce has been instrumental in
promoting growth and prosperity, and it is indeed fitting to
recognize its immeasurable contributions; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
Legislature hereby honor the Mansfield Area Chamber of Commerce for
its outstanding work and commend all those associated with the
organization for their steadfast efforts; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for the chamber as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
