15 | 9 | BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | |
16 | 10 | SECTION 1. Subchapter G, Chapter 301, Property Code, is | |
17 | 11 | amended by adding Section 301.134 to read as follows: | |
18 | 12 | Sec. 301.134. CONCILIATION AGREEMENT ENFORCEMENT. The | |
19 | 13 | commission may monitor a respondent's compliance with a | |
20 | 14 | conciliation agreement entered into under this chapter. If the | |
21 | 15 | commission has reasonable cause to believe that a respondent has | |
22 | 16 | breached a conciliation agreement, the commission shall refer the | |
23 | 17 | matter to the attorney general with a recommendation for the | |
24 | 18 | attorney general to file in accordance with this subchapter a civil | |
25 | 19 | action to enforce the agreement. | |
