| 12 | 12 | (b-1) A local mental health authority shall, at least once | |
| 13 | 13 | per year, consult with the sheriff or a representative of the | |
| 14 | 14 | sheriff of each county in the local authority's service area | |
| 15 | 15 | regarding the use of the funds received under Subsection (b). | |
| 16 | 16 | SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
