| 8 | 8 | | communities in Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio; and |

| 10 | 10 | | family-operated business has built a reputation as one of the |

| 11 | 11 | | most trusted home builders in the state; it ranks as one of the |

| 12 | 12 | | top 25 home builders and one of the top 10 largest privately owned |

| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The continued success of Perry Homes is a |

| 15 | 15 | | reflection of the company's focus on its core values of quality, |

| 16 | 16 | | exceptional customer service, character, and integrity; this |

| 17 | 17 | | exemplary company is truly deserving of special recognition as it |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | reaches this milestone in its history; now, therefore, be it |

| 19 | 19 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th |

| 20 | 20 | | Legislature, hereby commend Perry Homes on its commitment to |
