| 2 | 2 | | WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas takes great |

| 3 | 3 | | pleasure in recognizing Madeline Meylor of Brazoria County on her |

| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Throughout her 12 years of homeschooling, |

| 6 | 6 | | Madeline has demonstrated great determination in meeting her |

| 7 | 7 | | academic goals; she has enriched her educational experience by |

| 8 | 8 | | volunteering at the library and maintaining a book review |
|---|
| 9 | 9 | | website, and she performed as a principal company member of the |
|---|
| 10 | 10 | | Galveston Ballet; and |
|---|
| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, Having successfully faced the many challenges of |

| 12 | 12 | | a homeschool education, Madeline now embarks on an adventure into |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | a world for which she is well prepared and that holds countless |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | exciting opportunities for her; and |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, The Texas Senate is proud to recognize Madeline |

| 16 | 16 | | Meylor on her outstanding achievement; now, therefore, be it |

| 17 | 17 | | RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 85th |

| 18 | 18 | | Legislature, hereby commend Madeline Meylor for her exceptional |

| 19 | 19 | | accomplishments and extend to her best wishes for future success |
