| 3 | 3 | | recognize Andrew Asdell and Joe LeBlanc on the joyous occasion of |

| 5 | 5 | | WHEREAS, Joe LeBlanc and Andrew Asdell married on April 8, |

| 6 | 6 | | 2017; they first met in 2014 at the Gay Christian Network |

| 7 | 7 | | conference in Chicago, and they maintained a deepening |

| 8 | 8 | | long-distance relationship until Andrew completed his master's |

| 9 | 9 | | degree and moved to Austin in 2015; Joe proposed to Andrew in |

| 10 | 10 | | Fredericksburg on August 15, 2016; and |

| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, The newlyweds are looking forward to spending a |

| 12 | 12 | | lifetime sharing their love and mutual respect, and their marriage |

| 13 | 13 | | brings great happiness to their families and friends; and |

| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, The Texas Senate wishes to express warmest |

| 15 | 15 | | greetings to Andrew Asdell and Joe LeBlanc as they begin their |
